The Pool Hall

THE POOL HALL is now a three bedroom/two bathroom, free-standing cottage with a private patio, upper level deck, and beautiful Lake Michigan views throughout. As of 2024, we have remodeled the den into an enclosed third bedroom. The quintessential beach cottage, POOL HALL originally housed the resort recreation room and pool table, with crew quarters located upstairs prior to its transformation into guest accommodations in the 1960s. This picturesque cottage sits on the edge of the forest near the south end of the Jolli-Lodge property. The open main floor living/dining area and fully-equipped kitchen all look out over the lawn to the beautiful Lake Michigan vista with clear views to Pyramid Point and the Manitou Islands. The beach access is just steps away. There are Adirondack chairs on the upstairs deck with plenty of seating for outdoor dining and a charcoal BBQ grill on the lower level patio. The main floor bedroom has a king bed. Adjacent to the lower king bedroom is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a lake view and a king bed that can be split into twins with advance notice ($30 fee applies). This bedroom has access to the second floor deck with fabulous lake view. The other upstairs bedroom is cozy and has two twin beds. Sorry, due to the size of this bedroom, we cannot make up the twins as a king. The upstairs full bathroom has a tub and low, hand-held shower fixture. The main floor living room has a queen sofa bed for a maximum capacity of 8 guests. With its perfect location and recent updates like free Wi-Fi and flat screen TVs with cable, POOL HALL perfectly combines contemporary comfort with authentic, up-north charm. The nightly price range is $532-$757.
