The Loft

THE LOFT is a two bedroom/one bathroom upstairs unit in a cottage that was originally a four stall horse stable on the Jolli-Lodge property. In the 1960s, the Jolliffe family renovated the building into two separate guest units. THE LOFT (sometimes known as the “honeymoon cottage”) is accessed by an outdoor staircase and has a private, upper level deck with a dining area and an unmatched view of Lake Michigan. Located on the north end of the Jolli-Lodge property, this unit is just a few steps across the lawn to the north beach stairs. One bedroom has French doors and a queen bed. The other bedroom is cozy and has twin bunk beds, for a maximum occupancy of four. THE LOFT has a small, but fully-equipped kitchen, a BBQ grill at the base of the stairs, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, free Wi-Fi, and a flat screen TV with cable. This unit features classic white-painted wood paneling, sloped ceilings, perfectly adorable north facing gable windows, and a truly magnificent view of the lake from the large picture window in the living/dining area.
