North Manitou

NORTH MANITOU is a well-appointed, three bedroom/one bathroom condo that makes up the entire north end of the Carriage House building. Guests of the NORTH MANITOU condo enjoy unparalleled views of Lake Michigan, Pyramid Point, and The Manitou Islands. Located at the water’s edge, it’s just about as close as you can get to the lake without actually falling in! The main floor has a bright living/dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. Also on this floor is one bedroom with two twin beds. The full bathroom with tub/shower combos is upstairs, along with the other two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and an amazing lake view.  The other upstairs bedroom has a pair of twin beds, which brings the maximum occupancy to 6 guests. One set of twin beds can be made up as a king with advance notice ($30 fee applies). The private deck also offers a magnificent view, plus a BBQ grill and al fresco dining space. A stairway to our over 700’ of private Lake Michigan frontage is just outside the door. Converted by the Jolliffe family in the 1960s from the original carriage house to guest accommodations, NORTH MANITOU balances its classic up-north charm with contemporary comforts like a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. NORTH MANITOU has adjoining doors to both The Crib unit and the South Manitou unit- either of which can be locked up or opened upon group’s request. This feature leaves the option to internally connect NORTH MANITOU to South Manitou and/or The Crib. The nightly price range is $366-$732.
